Nowadays most people have internet in the modern world. In fact, some might even say that they wouldn’t be able to live with it (I might just be one of them). When there’s so much on the internet, it was a natural route for tv to turn their route towards integrating themselves on the web.

There are numerous of websites that offer applications to allow you to watch tvshows and movies, but actually there are very few if not any that can really be used by macs. The good news is that I found this FREE AND MAC-USER FRIENDLY application, that allows users to watch their favourites shows, chat and share videos at the same time! Yes, it sounds too good to be true, but it is true 😉

Noooo… now you can watch tv anywhere, any time and you don’t have to worry about missing a show! Yuppiiii 😀 Moreover, high-quality resolution for full-length shows. What more can you ask for if you love watching tv and using the internet? Oh, I did mention that it was free right.

Joost has become another great program invented by Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstrøm, you know those guys who invented Skype, the peer-to-peer internet telephony network and Kazaa, the file sharing application. Actually they were talking about this idea for a while and had started gathering people to work on this project, code name The Venice Project. The program has flourished around the world and this is just the beginning.
